These are estimates of international visitors to larger national parks. The data is obtained from the International Visitor Survey which is conducted by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

  • Fiordland data includes Fiordland National Park, Milford Sound, Milford Track and Manapouri.
  • Westland data includes  Tai Poutini National Park (Fox Glacier and Franz Josef Glacier).
