Before you apply

It is highly recommended that you arrange a free pre-application meeting with DOC staff before you apply for a concession. This will help ensure you have all the advice and information you need to prepare a quality application.

To make an appointment to discuss your proposal please contact your local DOC concessions staff.

Your application

You need to apply in plenty of time to ensure your application can be processed before you want to begin your activity.

Your application must be of a high standard and contain all the required information and documentation, otherwise it will be rejected.

You need to find out what type of concession process you should apply for. Go to DOC's concession processes to help you decide.

1. If you are applying for a conforming concession process go to apply for a conforming concession. You can apply online. You don't need to complete any application forms listed on this page.
2. If your activity is for a notified or non-notified concession process you must complete Form 1a (listed below).
3. If your activity is for a one-off concession process you must complete Form 1b (listed below).
4. You must also complete the activity forms that apply to the activities you wish to undertake (listed below).

Conforming concessions process

If you wish to apply for a conforming concession go to apply for a conforming concession.
You don't need to complete the application forms listed below.

Notified or non-notified concessions process

Complete application information Form 1a Notified or Non-notified process (PDF, 110K) or (Word, 446K).
Also complete the activity forms that apply to you.

One-off concessions process

Complete application information Form 1b One-off process (PDF, 104K) or (Word, 443K)
Also complete the activity forms that apply to you.

Activity forms

Complete the forms that apply to the activities you wish to undertake if you are applying for a notified or non-notified, or one-off concession.

Grazing:

• Form 2a (PDF, 81K) or (Word, 371K)
  

Land use:

• Tenanting and/or using existing DOC facility/structure:
  Form 3a (PDF, 55K) or (Word, 349K)
• Use of public conservation land for private/commercial facility/structure:

• Easements across public conservation land including right of way, stock access, convey electricity, drain sewerage, waterpipes etc:
